Events this summer include The Stranraer Show, the Galloway Show, Portpatrick Lifeboat Week,  and more besides!  Check with either your hosts on arrival, or call tourist information: 01776 702595 for more info about what's on locally. The Stranraer Folk Club meets Wednesdays at the nearby Swan Inn, the Venue Nightclub is open Fri, Sat & Sun 11pm to 2am, whilst the Ryan Centre has regular live music ranging from operatic to showbiz to tribute bands. Many of the local pubs and hotels  have some kind of entertainment throughout the year, check our local press for details on arrival. Colin & Rhona will be happy to advise about places to see and visit, what's on, shows, fetes and anything else you may want to known about to make your stay enjoyable.
We are happy to accept reservations in person, by Telephone, Fax or Email. We require credit card details to secure the reservation. All are considered a legally binding contract. In the event of guests not turning up the full amount for the first nights accommodation will be charged. Our cancellation period is 36 hours for a booking of less than 3 rooms and 7 days for 3 or more rooms. Taken from 10.00am on the day of arrival. In the event of cancellation without this notice, the full amount for the first night will be charged.
